80% of our customers choose our basic plan. This offers limits 40 times higher than those of the trial plan and should be enough for most businesses. However, our trial plan gives you more than enough to get started if you’re not quite sure how many requests you need.
What happens if I exceed the limits of my “Growth” plan?
CoAlias has a dedicated plan with 400x the limits of the trial plan. The “Dedicated” plan starts at $200/mo and comes with a 100% SLA. You can also scale this plan with multiple instances.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 48 hours. We also offer refunds for any unused days on your plan after 48 hours. You can request a refund by sending an email to support@coalias.com or using the chat.
Do you store my users’ data?
CoAlias only stores data related to usage. We log how many times a certain page or data was requested and when. However, we do not store personal data like IP addresses or cookies.
How long does it take to integrate CoAlias?
5 minutes to get started. Integrating our API or plugin will take between 30 to 60 minutes approximately.
What happens if I hit any of the limits?
No problem! If you hit a limit on a paid plan, you will be automatically upgraded to a higher plan. That way your no-code app keeps working without any concern.
Is payment for CoAlias secure?
Yes, we use Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store any of your credit card information.
How can I remove the CoAlias brand?
The CoAlias brand is only visible on the trial plan. If you upgrade to any paid plan, all branding will automatically be removed.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. You can obtain an invoice for your purchase anytime, no questions asked. Simply go to the settings page and click on "Invoices."
